![]() First impressions leave a lasting impressiona and this one shows the customer service is well below par. ![]() I was told I would have to make another appointment and leave it for the day. She was abrasive and told me oil changes are first come first service which doesn't solve my minor issue with the car. I told her that would not be possible on such short notice, but still needed the oil change. I received a call from them the day before the appointment telling me for them to look at the car I would have to leave it for the day. I responded to th service assistant Allison and received no response, so I rebooked the appointment. 1st the appointment was outright cancelled, - no call just an email. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and check out a minor issue that I noticed with the car. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I bought a car a few months ago and ordered the service maintenance package.
